An expert non-ferrous metals professional with 27 years of hands on experience on delivering operations and projects excellence for world’s leading resources companies in India and Africa.  He possesses sound technical and commercial knowledge along with problem solving and analytical skillset. He has always demonstrated incredible energy to lead the team to achieve the task successfully while resolving complex issues of people and resources.  In his professional career, he has climbed the corporate ladder starting from Graduate engineer role to the Head of operations for Vedanta PLC and later in senior management role with Glencore. After leaving the corporate world he joined the entrepreneurial journey. He has made great contributions towards circular and green economy and urban mining.  He has delivered various technically and commercially successful projects worldwide mainly in the field of non-ferrous metals like Cu, Zn, Ni, Co & Al. He has expertise Li-ion battery and e-waste recycling too which is going to play a critical part in green economy and critical mineral availability for future requirements.
